Making A Purchase We have tried to make buying from elizabethyoungdesigns.com easy (please let us know if we can improve). Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment or you can pay by cheque or postal order made out to Elizabeth Young Designs. If you are shopping outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GBP according to their terms and conditions. We accept various credit cards. You may send your credit card information via the Internet only.
When paying by cheque or postal order please send your remittance to the above address clearly stating the order number given at the time of purchase. We cannot begin to fulfil your order until any cheque or postal order payments have cleared into our bank account. This may take up to 10 working days.
Pictures shown are an indication of the various designs we offer. The final product delivered may vary slightly from the pictures shown. At times it may be possible that there may be slight variations in the miniatures as it depends on some stockists availibility. Please note that the no contents are included in the small and large memory boxes as are depicted in the indiviual photographs.
Shipping And Handling Shipping and handling are added to each order and the price of this is determined by the delivery service you request and your location. Each order is custom made and should be delivered within 30 days of your order (or clearance of payment if paying by means other than a credit or debit card)
Some items may be dispatched from other locations and your order may not arrive all together. This will not affect the price you pay for delivery.
Back Orders Your order is custom made at the time you place the order.
Tax Charges All orders for delivery to countries within the European Union will incur a VAT charge at the rate applicable. Orders from countries outside of the European Union will not be charged VAT.
Credit Card Security When an order is placed on the web site we will pass the relevant personal and credit card details to a third party for validation. Any third party site will use 128bit encryption SSL, ensuring the safety of your details. The information will not be decrypted until it reaches their server. We cannot be held responsible for any lapse or failure of security by third party agents.

Returns Policy All of the designs we sell are customised to your requirements, therefore we are unable to accept returns for any items we sell unless they are:
- Not to the agreed specification
in this event we will provide a replacement item or refund upon return of the item. Please call or email us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Notice is given that free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via our shipping services will be subject to reshipping charges. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Elizabeth Young Designs by email, phone or letter within 8 business days of the delivery date.
